All orders will be shipped via our preferred carrier, FedEx Ground, where the time in transit will vary by the location of your requested delivery address (distance from our warehouse). Please allow one business day for the internal processing of your order, followed by one to five days for FedEx Ground delivery.
We are proud to partner with FedEx and offer no charge Ground shipping to all customers in the lower 48 states! At the moment, we only ship to the continental United Sates, Alaska and Hawaii. Please note that your order may be shipped from either our California or Illinois distribution centre locations.
We regret that we are not able to ship internationally at this time.

Express Service
We do offer an express shipping option through FedEx, providing guaranteed next business day delivery to any zip code in the US. Following the one day processing time of the order, the delivery time will vary by the location of your physical address (please note that we do NOT ship to P.O. Boxes).
What is the status of my order? How do I track my order?
Once you have placed an order, you can check on its status between 9am-5pm CST by calling our customer service department at 866.963.8212. Once your order has been confirmed and shipped, you will receive a shipment confirmation email that will contain your FedEx tracking details.

If you are not happy with your purchase, shop600west.com will accept returns of unworn, unwashed, and ticketed merchandise within 30 days of purchase. All merchandise returned within 30 days will be refunded in the original form of payment. Returns received after 30 days will be issued store credit.
Easy Returns by FedEx Ground
Simply place your garment in the original packaging (or similar) and enclose the completed Return Form. You'll find the form right on the packing slip that came with your order. Please help us improve our service by indicating the main reason for your return on the Return Form.
Option 1: A prepaid FedEx Ground shipping label is included in the packaging of your original order. To use, simply prepare the package for shipping, apply the return label and tender the package to FedEx via a scheduled pickup or FedEx location drop-off (see detailed instructions provided on the back of the FedEx label).
Please note that your refund will be reduced by $6.50, if you use the prepaid return label.
Option 2: If you choose not to use the prepaid labels, you will be responsible for paying all return shipping costs. Please ship your return to:
